Key Responsibilities
  • Manage HRIS and Learning Management System (LMS) administration, maintaining user permissions and security roles, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Conduct cyclic audits to ensure accuracy of employment and workforce data, including maintaining organizational data.
  • Design and generate custom reports and analytics to support HR initiatives and business decisions.
  • Maintain role-based security and access controls, ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies, and supports audit requests as needed.
  • Support configuration, testing, integration, and implementation of system upgrades, enhancements, and/or new HR technologies.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and Payroll to ensure system alignment and data consistency across HR platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, or another related field.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools.
  • Understanding of HR processes, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Language skills: proficient in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
