The Bitsonaut will play a key role in growing Bitso's customer database.**Reports To**Country CEO**Who You Are**Failure to meet any of the following required qualifications could result in an automatic rejection.- At least 3 years of working experience as Sales Trader in the financial industry.- Bachelor in finance, business administration, engineering or economics.- Solid understanding of the financial markets- Strong communication skills in both English and Portuguese.- Collaborative, but also able to work independently.- Constant learner.- Comprehension of the market microstructure.- Passionate about rapidly changing environments.- Knowledge in liquidity concepts and risk exposure mitigation.- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.- Strong communication skills in both English and Portuguese.- Collaborative, but also able to work independently.- Constant learner.- Service a portfolio of corporate clients across a range of different products, including FX hedging, lending, & cash management;- Building & maintaining strong client relationships through client meetings;- Expand existing business and provide feedback to technology and product managers;- Comfortable with a phone sales approach and originating new business via networking with existing clients for business referrals.- Experience of working in a commercial bank (one or several) selling to SME's.**What You Will Do**- Build a client pipeline to drive new trade volumes.- Identify opportunities for clients (trading and liquidity needs).- Conduct pricing and execution of multiple products.- Conduct ad-hoc tasks where needed related to trade investigations, risk management, post trade analysis, and algorithm performance analysis.- Work with operations and engineering to improve trading operations, reporting, and internal pricing and execution systems.- Responsible for the spot and derivatives OTC trading desk, agency executions, and API liquidity solutions.**It would be nice if you have**:- Crypto native.- Master degree.- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.- Relevant experience in an environment different to a bank (this could be FX specialist, cash management etc) desirable;LI-RemoteLI-AR1**Who We Are**:With over 5 million users, Bitso is the leading cryptocurrency platform in Latin America.
