
Network Insights and Trends Senior Manager

As a Network Insights and Trends Senior Manager, you will be responsible to design and coordinate the execution of Latam Market understanding, based on multiple external sources of information integrated into a networked regional perspective to drive business growth.
In this position, you will oversee known and unknown market trends happening cross-countries and connecting them together, that may become opportunities or barriers for the business plans to come to live.
Internally, this person will seek to nurture with such regional market insights to Latin America organization for Top to Top conversations with Bottling Groups.
**What You’ll Do for Us**
- Communicate and advise top management decisions mainly during strategic planning process and during the Innovation cycle decisions.
- Work closely with the Local Market Insights & Analysis, Strategic Growth and Franchise Strategic Integration teams
- Communicate with other functions and particularly with Franchise/Commercial/Marketing/Digital Leaders to synthetize market trends into actionable regional business opportunities
- Change for evolving the way of work in the Insights function, bringing the best of the new tools without losing pragmatism from the past.
- Influence LATAM Strategy organization on the value being created through the regional market and competitive insights & trends.
**Qualification & Requirements**
- 8+ years of Business and/or functional experience in Strategy/Planning/Research related areas
- Previous consultancy experience as a plus
- Proven trajectory as leader of others and collaborating and influencing multifunctional peers (Commercial/Marketing/Franchise/Finance)
- Industry and competitive assessment: business and execution strategy
- Econometric, financial, & macroeconomy theory applied to business
- Bottling partners key data sources and recurring analysis methodologies
- Synthesis and storytelling to translate data and insights into powerful business stories
