**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Proven experience in influencer marketing (2+ years);
- Strong hands-on experience working with **Instagram**, **YouTube**, and **TikTok;**:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with influencers;
- Solid analytics mindset: ability to evaluate channels, measure campaign performance, and draw strategic conclusions;
- Familiarity with key marketing metrics and how to calculate/analyze them;
- Experience managing influencer budgets and media plans;
- Ability to manage ad placements, contracts, and reporting;
- Intermediate to advanced English (B2+ level) — written and spoken;
- Agency experience is a strong plus;
- Team leadership experience is a bonus.
**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Identify and onboard new influencers across platforms;
- Create detailed briefings and manage content delivery;
- Oversee influencer media plans and budget allocation;
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance;
- Ensure accurate and timely influencer payments and reporting;
- Collaborate directly with key content creators.
