Senior Compliance Officer

This key position will be responsible for ensuring adherence to national and international regulatory standards, maintaining a robust quality management system, and leading a team of professionals focused on quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Quality Team : Develop a strong compliance culture and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Oversee Quality Systems : Manage audits, risk management, complaints, CAPAs, and supplier qualification to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Safeguard Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to applicable quality and regulatory standards in Brazil and international markets.
- Support Regulatory Inspections : Collaborate with regulatory agencies and external partners during inspections and audits.
- Drive Process Validation : Lead process validation, system qualifications, and change control management to maintain a robust Quality Management System.
Requirements:
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience : Proven experience in Quality Assurance within regulated industries.
- Leadership Role : At least 8 years of leadership experience managing large teams.
- Quality Knowledge : Solid understanding of quality systems, regulatory compliance, and international standards.
- Language Proficiency : Advanced English proficiency.
