Job Title: Senior Tech Lead .NET Core Developer A high-impact technical leadership role awaits an experienced engineer with strong architectural instincts and a builder's mindset. Design, develop, and scale internal systems that power logistics operations at scale. Lead discussions around system architecture, scalability, performance, and maintainability. Collaborate across teams to translate operational requirements into technical solutions. Contribute to system modernization, codebase evolution, and introducing best practices and automation. Support AI-assisted development initiatives to accelerate delivery and quality. Mentor developers and elevate engineering standards across the team. E nsure reliability and observability through thoughtful design, testing, and monitoring. Requirements: 8+ years of experience developing enterprise applications in C#/.NET Core. Proven experience designing APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. Strong understanding of cloud environments. Solid grasp of data modeling, performance optimization, and system integration. Comfortable navigating complex codebases and improving existing architecture. Excellent communication skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Self-starter mindset – curious, proactive, and driven to improve systems and team velocity. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in logistics, fulfillment, or eCommerce platforms. Experience designing distributed or asynchronous backend systems. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
