This role provides management for the development and execution of all market activation programs and actions within assigned brands, geographies and/or channels, analyzing and translating brand plans into effective market activation. This role partners with key internal and external stakeholders to maximize market activation, drives successful activation of programs and initiatives to achieve targeted value and growth objectives, and manages within a nominated sub-function or related sub-functions. We’re looking for an experienced manager who is comfortable with budget management, policy recommendations and strategic planning.**What You’ll Do for Us**:- The Customer Marketing Director will lead a team responsible for developing Customer Marketing plans for Latam & Regional customers and local prioritized customers working in close collaboration with C&CL (CVCS, Retail, On-premise & Customer and Commercial Leadership Hubs) and Marketing (Frontline Marketing, Categories, Human Insights, Integrated Marketing Experience & Marketing Caps./Ops.) among other functions, including:.- Developing Customer Marketing plansfor Latam & Regional customers and for local prioritized customers.- Developing Customer Marketing plans.- Budget allocation to initiatives development.- Briefing and managing creation and/or adaptation agencies.- Co-creating with prioritized Customers.- Developing strategy guidelines for local customers.**Qualifications & Requirements**:- Significant leadership experience (10+ years), including leading teams.- Direct experience with marketing activation- Business and commercial acumen, including financial expertise- Experience working with The Coca-Cola Company external partners (bottlers and customers)- Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred**What We Can Do **For** You**- ** Challenging Work**:Our unique global system offers constant opportunities to develop world-class skills and a truly international career.- ** Iconic Brand**:Work on the most recognized brand in the world and be part of developing the brands next chapter.- ** Exposure to World Class Leaders**:Availability to global marketing leaders that will expand your network and exposure you to emerging digital platforms and marketing insights**.****Skills**Customer Marketing; Shopper Marketing; Team Management; Problem Solving**Our Purpose and Growth Culture**:We are taking deliberate action to nurture an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference.
