Learn more at We are seeking an experienced candidate to join our Label Relations team in Brazil to develop local relationships with labels and support. In this role you will collaborate with our Digital Music Distribution partners and labels to provide the best music experience for our customers. Label Relations handles existing music relationships and contributes to collaborative efforts internally and externally around content launches, events, and promotions. Label Relations Managers work closely with Programming, Artist Marketing, Content Marketing, Merchandising, Operations and International teams. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial attitude, must be highly analytical, be able to work extremely effectively in a matrix organization, have a strong background in fostering relationships and be adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high‑quality products that customers love. Come innovate with the Amazon Music team Key job responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships within the music industry in Brazil (labels, artists, managers). Creating and driving end-to-end campaigns in collaboration with internal teams at Amazon Music. Directly manage the day‑to‑day relationship with select music labels. Convert new opportunities into campaigns that drive Amazon Music's business goals. Plan and execute numerous projects, analyze performance and optimize future campaigns based on their results. Ensure content availability in collaboration with Operations and Content Acquisition teams and drive continuous improvement in digital music operations. Support new release planning and launches. Contribute to various Amazon Music projects from a content and analytics perspective. Balance day‑to‑day business needs with long‑term business goals. Maintain music cultural expertise by monitoring industry trends and identifying new opportunities. Key qualifications Partner with Artist Marketing, Social Media, Content, Programming, PR, Licensing, BA, Product and Marketing teams to rally resources, content, and development needs. 2 years of experience within the Music Industry (label relations or account management, product/project management or sales/marketing) ideally at a record label, distributor, artist management company, or DSP. Excellent data analysis and quantitative skills. Experience in a team‑oriented work environment. Experience working with and influencing senior‑level stakeholders. Fluent in English. Bachelor's Degree. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English and Portuguese). Ability to think and react in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Proactive attitude, willingness to roll up sleeves and dig deep to achieve goals.
