**JOB RESPONSABILITIES**
- Administer Employee Benefits: Manage the enrollment, changes, and terminations of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Provide Support: Assist employees with inquiries regarding their benefits, policies, and procedures, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Maintain Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of employee benefits, including documentation and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist in Open Enrollment: Support the open enrollment process by preparing materials, conducting informational sessions, and addressing employee questions.
- Coordinate with Vendors: Liaise with benefits providers and vendors to resolve issues, process claims, and enhance service delivery.
- Conduct Training: Help educate employees about benefits options and changes through workshops and one-on-one sessions.
- Prepare Reports: Generate reports on benefits usage, costs, and employee participation for management review.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to employee benefits to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Support Special Projects: Assist with special projects related to benefits administration, including plan design, evaluation, and implementation.
- Promote Wellbeing Programs: Encourage employee participation in wellness initiatives and other benefits-related programs.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor Degree in Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (completed or in progress).
- Previous experience in the role is preferred.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
