Job Overview As a Jr. ML Engineer, you will serve as the primary liaison between our organization and clients, leveraging technical expertise and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional client experiences. Guide new users through onboarding processes, ensuring seamless setup and optimal utilization of resources. Document valuable insights, common patterns, and effective solutions derived from real customer interactions. Transform these findings into clear, actionable knowledge for both internal teams and external users. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, tutorials, and sample projects to support user success. Provide timely technical support via multiple channels, helping users troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Collaborate with engineering teams to debug production issues and prioritize fixes. Assist users in architecting scalable and efficient deployments using advanced technologies. Lead customer-facing technical sessions, demos, and Q&A sessions to promote knowledge sharing and collaboration. 1+ years of hands-on experience deploying and debugging LLMs on GPUs for production environments. 1+ years in a developer-facing or technical support role (Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, etc.). Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent field. Deep understanding of LLMs and related technologies/features. Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with LLM ecosystems (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain). Experience working with APIs, CLI tools, and deployment workflows. Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
