**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create and manage a white book out of Brazil.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mills and internal stakeholders.
- Manage domestic freight, port elevation and container freight.
- Obtain and analyse relevant market information.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, business, or agriculture.
- 5 to 15 years of experience in sugar origination.
- Strong understanding of commodities markets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ITAS is preferred but unnecessary.
- Fluency in English is required.
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Interest in different cultures.
- Proficient in risk management and market analysis.
**Working Hours**:
- Ability to work late hours.
**Travel Requirements**:
- Ability to travel as required.
