As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring ongoing delivery routes and communicating with delivery drivers and shippers over the phone and live chat. About This Role This is a unique opportunity to work in logistics and courier operations, where you will utilize your skills to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
