Job Title: NGS Scientific Lead Join us as an experienced leader in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and Technical Operations to manage a diverse team of scientists, engineers, and bioinformaticians across Latin America. This role requires a strong scientific foundation in molecular biology, genetics, and bioinformatics, combined with excellent leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities: Lead a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional customer support, technical expertise, and continuous improvement across all post-sales service functions in the region. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and quality metrics. Mentor and guide team members to ensure their growth and development. Requirements: Master's degree or higher in Genetics, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, or a related field. Strong background or experience in NGS is highly preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support, field service, or applications management, preferably in the genomics or life sciences industry. Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding technical and scientific teams.
