YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES K+S Brasileira in Sao Paulo (Brazil) is looking for a Technical Comercial Supervisor , starting in November 2025. Train distributor commercial teams to ensure strong product knowledge and effective sales techniques. Monitor and support distributor performance to align with company goals and regional strategies. Conduct sales activities either through distributors or directly via K+S Brasileira, depending on the business model. Promote the K+S Brasileira brand and its premium product lines to strengthen market presence and customer loyalty. Gather and report market insights from the region to support strategic planning and decision-making. Collaborate with internal teams to support the development and adaptation of new products for the local market. Represent K+S Brasileira at technical and promotional events to enhance visibility and build relationships with key stakeholders. YOUR PROFILE Enthusiasm to work in a globally leading fertilizer producing company. Degree in agronomy. Minimum 8 years of professional experience in the fertilizer market. Strong background in agribusiness. Experience in team management. Excellent analytical and conceptual skills. Strong teamwork skills, empathy, and a passion for networking. Intermediate level of English is desirable. Mandatory to reside in the Campos Gerais Region - Paraná State.
