LES group is a leading manufacturer of building materials with annual revenue over $4.5 billion from global operations.

The company specializes in producing solar panels, inverters, and energy storage systems, providing new-energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop strategic business relationships with EPCs, developers, and distribution partners expanding sales coverage of our products and services.
  2. Design, develop, and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets for the country.
  3. Manage the entire selling process from forecasting and pitching to actual product delivery and payment collection for accounts.
  4. Represent us at industry exhibitions and conferences.
  5. Report to the sales management team.
  6. Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 1 year experience in selling PV products and services or in an EPC firm specializing in the PV industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of the solar power industry.
  3. Must have strong knowledge of solar modules, inverters, and batteries.
  4. Knowledge of photovoltaic complete solution-related products preferred.
  5. Strong proficiency in local language and English/Mandarin. Other spoken languages are a plus.
  6. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
