**Responsabilidades**:
- Tomar decisões arquiteturais;
- Realizar o alinhamento com stakeholders de futuros projetos e definir a viabilidade técnica dos mesmos;
- Colaborar com os outros membros da equipe, tal quais Product Owner, Scrum Master e Devs para elaborar as melhores soluções para o negócio;
- Desenvolvimento de aplicações;
- Auxiliar o time para otimizar a aplicação visando performance e escalabilidade;
- Defender e promover a cultura de entrega de valor;
- Delegar e acompanhar tarefas em andamento;
- Zelar para que o time trabalhe de forma coesa, garantindo um ambiente tranquilo e seguro.
- Resolver ativamente conflitos e garantir que as discussões cheguem a um consenso entre os membros do time;
- Prezar e promover sempre pela qualidade e excelência nas entregas;
- Assegurar a melhoria contínua no time, promovendo e garantindo treinamentos e movimentos que assegurem o ganho de conhecimentos.
**Requisitos**:
Vivência anterior como Tech Lead;
Experiência em aplicações web de diferentes cenários e com disponibilidade para participar de migrações e aprender novas linguagens;
Arquitetura de software e soluções;
Domínio em.NET core, MVC;
Domínio em SQL;
Domínio em Clean Code, TDD e/ou BDD;
Conhecimento em CI/CD;
