Responsabilidades
  • Supervisar y dar seguimiento a las tareas operativas del equipo de analistas funcionales de Plataformas Customer.
  • Priorizar y distribuir requerimientos ingresados en JIRA de soporte relacionados con el delivery en las herramientas de Customer.
  • Gestionar la relación operativa con otras verticales (QA&T, Procesos, Producto, etc.) para resolver incidencias funcionales.
  • Realizar seguimiento de issues abiertos, escalamientos y mejoras internas que no impliquen desarrollo.
  • Controlar la correcta documentación de configuraciones, procesos y soluciones aplicadas.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de SLAs internos y contribuir a la mejora continua del uso de herramientas como Freshdesk.
  • Parametrizar y monitorear el rendimiento del equipo semanal y mensual, realizando presentaciones que contemplen variables como productividad, distribución por marcas, etc.
  • Detectar oportunidades de mejoras operativas funcionales y canalizarlas según corresponda.
  • Participar en espacios de alineación con líderes de otras verticales de Customer Service para relevar necesidades funcionales.
Requisitos excluyentes
  • 1 año de experiencia en cargo similar de contact center
  • Manejo de herramientas de contact center Freshdesk, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.)
  • Conocimientos de back end/front end (deseable)
  • Conocimiento de métricas de satisfacción del cliente
