Overview As a Test Analyst, you will make an impact by working with platforms and applications, planning, writing and running tests on applications developed in different technologies. You will be a valued member of the QEA team and work collaboratively with managers and customers. Responsibilities Designing and executing tests for the company's various software applications. Overseeing the entire process from creating test plans and suites that contain all the steps, verifying acceptance criteria, and opening bugs with all the necessary details so the development team understands the problem. Participating in improving testing processes. Automating as many tests as possible. Participating in QA automation projects. Creating tests following the verbs described in our Official Automated Testing Guide and executing them. Supporting Azure DevOps testing, creating all tests within the tool with the steps, organization, and names described in our Automated Testing Guide. Supporting other QA team members. Following best testing practices. Work model Hybrid. This position requires 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in São Paulo – SP. We provide flexibility and support a healthy work‑life balance through our well‑being programs. Qualifications Knowledge of Python and Java programming. Knowledge of Selenium. Knowledge of RobotFramework. Knowledge of DevOps methodologies. Knowledge of SQL Server databases. Advanced/fluent English. Additional Qualifications that will help you stand out Experience writing and executing manual tests and test automation. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or related fields. Knowledge of agile development methodologies (SCRUM and/or KANBAN).
