Science is our passion; care is our talent. Role Details We are currently recruiting for a SCF FP&A Senior Analyst located in Latin America, Brazil, São Paulo / São José dos Campos. The position is hybrid and reports to GER FINANCAS. What You Will Do This position will oversee the financial management of the supply chain budget (COGS and SG&A), providing strategic insights to accomplish P&L and working capital targets. The role involves process automation, budgeting, expense optimization, and financial reporting while ensuring all compliance aspects of the supply chain. The employee will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive efficiency and support business growth. Data analytics: strong background in Power‑BI, Tableau, and Power Apps tools (mandatory) FP&A: financial analysis and forecasting (actuals vs. budget and prior year), identifying process improvements and automations Cost Management: cost‑saving initiatives, analyze cost drivers and enhance profitability Financial reporting: prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, or related field Language: English (fluent or advanced); Spanish (desirable) Experience: At least 2 years in the FMCG sector (desirable) Skills: Finance background & routines (P&L structure, BVAs and PVM), proficiency in One Stream and ERPs (e.g., SAP) Competencies: Organization, analytical, detail‑oriented, results‑driven, and collaborative abilities Benefits Competitive benefit package Paid company holidays, paid vacation, volunteer time, summer Fridays & more Learning & development opportunities Employee resource groups Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
