Investment Associate - Remote Work | REF# Investment Associate at BDev Ventures (the non-strategic investment arm of BairesDev) focused on sourcing and investing in LATAM B2B software startups. This is a remote role with a focus on building relationships, sourcing opportunities, and supporting portfolio companies to scale. What You Will Do Source great startups that fit our investment criteria. Develop initial relationships with startups and work with leadership to pursue potential investment opportunities. Represent BDev Ventures in the startup ecosystem, building relationships and promoting our brand. Use outstanding communication skills to present to and influence internal and external stakeholders. Create frequent reviews and reports with financial data. What We Are Looking For Experience working in Venture Capital or directly with startups in an adjacent industry (e.g. accelerator).
