Responsibilities Host live games for online players with confidence, professionalism, and energy, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. Maintain on-camera composure and adaptability, supported by thorough training and guidance. Collaborate effectively with local management and an international team, contributing positively to the workplace culture. Foster a lively and entertaining environment, consistently enhancing performance to encourage player engagement and loyalty. Qualifications Language skills: Native-level fluency in Brazilian Portuguese (C2) and strong English proficiency (minimum B2). Ability to work flexible hours, including rotational shift schedules. Confident, enthusiastic, and professional on-camera presence. Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset. Initial commitment of 12 months in Bogotá, followed by relocation to the client’s São Paulo offices. Benefits Work schedule: Rotational shifts (24/7): 7:00–15:00, 15:00–23:00, 23:00–07:00.
