**Position Mission**
Are you passionate about ethics, integrity, and internal investigations? Would you like to be part of a global company that leads in technology and innovation? ABB is looking for a **Global Integrity Investigator - HR** to join the **Electrification (EL)** division. If you have a background in compliance, forensic audit, or internal investigations and are looking for a high-impact global challenge, we want to meet you
**Your Responsibilities**
- Lead end-to-end internal investigations focused on ethics and integrity topics.
- Draft clear, objective, and well-structured reports with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with Legal, HR, and Internal Controls to implement corrective actions.
- Present findings to senior leadership, supporting fact-based decision-making.
- Uphold a strong culture of confidentiality, compliance, and ethical behavior.
**Your Background**
- Degree in Law, Accounting, Audit, or related fields.
- Proven experience in internal investigations, forensic audit, or compliance within a multinational setting.
- Knowledge of anti-corruption regulations (e.g., FCPA) is a strong asset.
- Skilled in data analysis tools, eDiscovery processes, and MS Office suite.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally on short notice.
