Job Overview

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to support validation for Commodities Asset class onboarding to an Equity Derivatives Trading desk.

The ideal candidate will have experience in capital markets, preferably in Commodities and/or Equity Derivatives.

This role offers the opportunity to work with an established client team, fully involved in the project initiation through to project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve daily FO issues on functional, valuation, and pricing
  • Address daily issues stemming from FO Equity Derivatives desk
  • Work closely with EQD Desk Traders (L3) to resolve issues
Pre-Trade Rules and P&L Management
  • Ammend FO pre-trade rules, eTradePad, simulations
  • Resolve requests or issues with P&L, Market Data, and booking issues
Solutions Development and Testing
  • Analyze, formulate, propose, develop and/or contribute to overall solutions as per PROD Support deliverables
  • Participate in formal release cycles (SIT/UAT)
Market Data and Curve Management
  • Yield Curve issue resolution and validation; curve assignments; new curve creation
  • Continuous follow-up of new Market regulations/practices globally
Requirements
  • Strong product knowledge in EQD, COM
  • Very strong understanding of FX, IRD business
  • Strong experience in supporting FO users and resolving their daily issues
  • 5+ years experience with Murex FO functionalities
  • 4+ years experience in financial markets role
  • SQL proficiency
