In this role, you will play a key role in shaping how AI enhances our software development processes. You'll work at the intersection of AI research, platform engineering, and developer experience—collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed intelligent systems into the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Your contributions will directly impact developer productivity, delivery speed, and platform scalability.

Location Requirement

This position is open only to candidates based in Argentina, Uruguay or Brazil. Applicants from other countries will not be considered.

Responsibilities

What To Expect In This Role (Responsibilities) We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions that accelerate software delivery and improve the developer experience. You will bridge advanced AI research with practical engineering, focusing on impact, scalability, and collaboration.

Requirements
  • 3+ years in software engineering with strong expertise in Python and AI/ML development.
  • Proven experience building AI-driven solutions with LLMs (Codex, GPT, Claude) using prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG.
  • Hands-on skills in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation with Terraform, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Docker.
  • Experience in AWS or GCP, microservices, APIs, and containerized deployments.
  • Ability to integrate AI into production systems with focus on scalability, performance, and security.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and comfort working in research-driven, fast-paced environments.
Nice to Have
  • Open-source contributions or published research in AI/software engineering.
  • Experience with internal developer platforms (IDPs) or AI-powered quality and observability tools.
