ABB is looking for a **Project Technician - Mid-Level** to join our **Process Automation** team in the **Energy Industries** division in Brazil. If you have experience with operating systems, Ethernet networks, and industrial automation, and are ready to take on field challenges and high-complexity projects, this opportunity is for you**Responsibilities**:- Install and configure Windows operating systems on servers and workstations- Configure Ethernet networks, switches, routers, and firewalls- Install and configure automation platforms such as ABB 800xA- Participate in commissioning and start-up of automation systems in the field**Requirements**:- Technical education in Information Technology or Automation-related fields- Experience with Windows operating system configuration and Ethernet networks- Knowledge of virtualized environments (VMware)- Intermediate English (reading and writing)- Availability for frequent travel across the country and a valid category B driver's license**Differentials**:- Knowledge of industrial automation systems, DCS, and PLC- Experience with hardware and server maintenance- Familiarity with FAT testing and technical training for clients**What We Offer**:- Be part of a global company involved in high-impact industrial projects- Collaborative and continuous learning environment, with access to advanced training and technologies- Opportunity to grow in a solid technical career with potential for advancement within the organization**About ABB’s Energy Industries Division**:ABB’s Energy Industries division is a global reference in process automation and digital solutions for the energy, chemical, oil & gas sectors, among others.
