Establish best practices for all data science initiatives by creating a technical roadmap. Advanced Model and Algorithm Development: Develop machine learning models and algorithms for complex student audience analysis and AI-enabled career advising. Implement rigorous processes for model evaluation, optimization, and monitoring in production environments. Key Skills and Qualifications This role requires: A proven track record of setting technical direction and managing autonomously. Strong business acumen with unwavering ethics and leadership skills. Familiarity with popular machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
