Job Summary:

Our team is in search of an experienced Content Production Specialist with a strong knack for creating engaging textual and visual content, adept at operating multiple online platforms for content distribution, and well-versed in fostering customer engagement. Our ideal candidate is someone skillful in transcribing dialogues into long-form content mimicking the writing tone of our leadership. This remote position necessitates a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative individual who also understands the fundamentals of market research and digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

Newsletter & Content Creation:

• Transcribe and transform transcripts into well-crafted long-form content that replicates our leadership’s writing style and tone.
• Research and generate topic ideas that will resonate with our target audience and be more likely to be shared.
• Develop thematic graphics that illustrate the central ideas of each topic.
• Distribute the content across multiple platforms, ensuring optimization for the unique attributes of each platform.

Social Media Management:

• Generate daily content for leadership's LinkedIn and Twitter profiles.
• Scan through various resources for content, and repurpose old content in inventive ways for reuse.
• Schedule posts and maintain a robust pipeline for content review.
• Participation in online forums, communities, and Q&A platforms: Engage in relevant discussions and provide helpful insights on platforms like Quora, Reddit, or industry-specific forums, positioning our brand as a trustworthy resource and attracting potential leads.

Email Marketing:

• Plan and implement email campaigns
• Manage subscriber databases
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Write recaps of online workshops and in-person events
• Identify target audience and grow an email list

Video marketing:

• Produce engaging, informative video content and leverage platforms like YouTube and social media to expand our reach and generate high-impact leads.

Fundraise With Confidence Fundraising Bootcamp:

• Send accountability emails to each course member.
• Facilitate post-session activities, like uploading the recording, creating timestamps, and loading them onto our community platform.
• Updating course materials & slide templates, creating the next set of slide decks, and making updates

Customer Engagement:

• Identify potential customers fitting our ideal customer profile.
• Engage with potential customers, driving awareness and interest in our product offerings.

Requirements:

Must-haves:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience creating high-performing, lead-generating written content (blogs, newsletters, etc.)
• At least 1-2 years experience in ghostwriting.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to mirror a specific writing style.
• Near-Native Written English Proficiency.
• Experience with content creation and social media management.
• Familiarity with design basics to create attention-grabbing graphics.
• Must have experience conducting research and producing content, with a keen understanding of what information is most valuable to our target audience, and the ability to create pillar content with original multimedia assets.
• Experience with SEO and content optimization for various platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new industries/topics
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks & meet deadlines.
• Proactive & dedicated with excellent time management skills.
• Strong research skills and understanding of digital marketing and market trends.

Nice-to-haves:

• Capable of quickly learning new technologies.
• Experience with video editing.

Portfolio Requirements:

• Please submit a portfolio showcasing your best long-form lead-generating content (blogs and/or newsletters), ghostwritten pieces that reflect various styles and voices, and dynamic social media content for platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter.
