S&BC is structured along the value chain with our functional areas Research & Development, Product Supply, Marketing & Sales, and Corporate Strategy & Business Transformation.
**Are you interested in joining us as a Senior Consultant in Marketing & Sales (M&S) Strategies?** Our M&S team supports in market research, segmenting and portfolio analysis and develops, optimizes, and implements strategies, as well as go-to-market strategies.
**YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO**:
- Work as a member of a consulting project team on strategy, portfolio, process, or organizational topics;
- Manage content of workstreams comprehending: request and structure data, perform complex quantitative and qualitative analyses, generate insights and conclusions, develop recommendations, assemble communication documents, design and co-facilitate; workshops, communicate proposals and recommendations with stakeholders;
- Collaborate with team members of the Strategy & Business Consulting department and other departments of Bayer;
- Manage efficiently his/her workstream progress;
- Develop proposals to maximize value for Bayer in collaboration with the client and based on solid analysis;
- Develop change proposals together with the customer on the basis of well-founded analyses through workshops, interviews and desktop research;
- Implement developed concepts together with project team;
- Manage subprojects together with client teams;
- Drive and implement change for improving everyday work;
- Build strong client relationships and a sustainable network within the Bayer Group;
- Coach junior members of the team in the beginning of their consulting careers.
**ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?**
**Mandatory**:
- Graduated from university in engineering, business management, economics, or related field; a focus on marketing would be beneficial
- Solid experience in **management consulting** and/or strategic planning, also professional experience in the field of marketing/sales is advantageous (minimum 4 years);
- Excellent command of written and spoken Portuguese and English; Spanish is of advantage.
- Experience in agrobusiness, life science or chemical industry and/or other relevant industries, e.g., FMCG, consumer products;
