We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team and manage high-volume visa and immigration operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory changes and providing exceptional employee experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Visa & Immigration Operations : Manage new, renewal, and dependent visa/work permit applications, track progress, and resolve issues while maintaining accurate records of all documentation and communications.
  • Compliance & Risk Management : Monitor regulatory changes and implement compliance protocols, mitigate risks related to overstays, document expiry, or status violations, and prepare reports for review.
  • Employee Experience & Support : Act as a point of contact for employees regarding visa and immigration inquiries, provide guidance and support throughout the relocation process, and ensure positive employee experiences.
  • Process Optimization & Technology : Automate renewal reminders, document collection, and reporting dashboards, digitize workflows using mobility platforms, and propose efficiency improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Advise on immigration requirements for hiring/transfers and support tax, payroll, and relocation teams on compliance alignment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, International Relations, or Law
  • 5 years+ experience in global immigration operations (in-house or consultancy)
  • Mastery of key regions' immigration frameworks and regulations, understanding various visa type distinctions
  • Fluent in English, mandarin preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment
