Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly driven QA Engineer to ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing applications. In this role, you will design and implement robust QA strategies while collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers. You will serve as a key quality advocate within the team, leading testing initiatives, improving processes, and driving the adoption of best practices. This is an opportunity to shape QA standards in a collaborative environment and contribute to impactful products that enhance user experiences worldwide.

Accountabilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain QA strategies, policies, and procedures for IT solutions
  • Design and manage QA roadmaps to ensure scalable, repeatable, and measurable testing practices
  • Lead test planning, automation, execution, and defect tracking for multiple projects
  • Ensure documentation and reporting standards are met across all test activities
  • Define and execute risk mitigation and contingency strategies related to QA
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align QA objectives with business goals
  • Evaluate and integrate testing tools and automation frameworks (Selenium, Postman)
  • Drive root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for recurring quality issues
  • Coordinate and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Report QA status, risks, and progress to leadership and stakeholders
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within IT or professional services environments
  • Experience identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies
  • Strong background in writing and executing test plans across multiple methodologies (functional, regression, load, smoke, negative, and mobile testing)
  • Proficiency with automation testing tools (Selenium) and API testing tools (Postman)
  • Solid understanding of Agile and DevOps practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, and QA automation frameworks
  • Advanced English proficiency
