Aircraft Structural Maintenance Specialist Job Summary: As an Aircraft Structural Maintenance Specialist, you will perform critical structural maintenance, repair, and modification tasks on aircraft to ensure airworthiness and quality standards. This role involves carrying out inspections, repairs, fabrication, and installation of aircraft structural components and assemblies, using appropriate tools, materials, and repair schemes. You will work under the supervision of a Licensed Aircraft Engineer or Lead Technician and be responsible for ensuring all work is completed safely and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sheet metal and composite repairs, as well as skills in fabrication, riveting, and precision measuring tools. Familiarity with aircraft safety and quality standards is also necessary. This role requires close collaboration with Licensed Aircraft Engineers and other team members to achieve maintenance targets and maintain accurate records of work performed.
