Team Overview and Job responsibilitiesWe are looking for a FP&A and reporting Specialist to join our team. Based in Sorocaba, Brazil, reporting to FP&A Manager, your main responsibility will be the efficient and accurate reporting of current and planned results; projection, control and analyzes of the fixed costs, providing management reports of the main variations; and coordination and elaboration of a single report for the country, consolidating the KPIs and results of the main areas and departments.Roles & Responsibilities- Efficient and accurate reporting of the monthly and planned results on Oracle (HFM), seeking automation of processes and accuracy and in the reported numbers.- Mapping the entire process of generating information for reporting, identifying opportunities for improvement in data generation and taking necessary corrective actions to ensure their quality.- Interaction with other team members to ensure that the necessary information and analysis is completed on time.- Work closely with the accounting team and business areas in the preparation of financial reports;- Project, control and analyze the fixed costs, elaborating and providing management reports of the main variations.- Understand, validate, and review different distribution criteria ensuring that the allocation reflects the best possible view of the result of each business unit.- Support the explanations of the monthly results of the business units, in view of the projection of short (Flash) medium and long term (Rolling Forecast and Budget), last year, identifying the main variations and its effects (price, exchange rate, cost, volume, mix).- Prepare and carry out periodic maintenance on the company's financial modeling / control tools, in order to ensure their correct functioning. (Excel spreadsheets, dashboards)Who are we looking for?We are looking for a professional with the following skills and motivations:- Complete higher education in Accounting, Economics or Engineering.- Postgraduate degree in finance, economics or data science.- Solid experience in FP&A, controllership, strategic planning, minimum 5 years.- Domain of advanced Excel (PivotTables, data segmentation, Power Pivot, creation of forms, macros, creation of buttons), VBA will be a differential.- Solid knowledge in SAP system, CO-SD-FI modules- Solid knowledge in reporting and loading information in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)- Solid experience in financial modeling and corporate finance.- Resilience, proactivity, creativity, hands on, team worker are indispensable characteristics.- Prysmian Group, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills and abilities, who will enhance the quality of service and contribute to the Group’s success.
