A GateSource HR está entusiasmada em colaborar com uma empresa líder na indústria de minerais para encontrar um Especialista em Vendas Técnicas experiente para integrar sua equipe dinâmica em Minas Gerais. Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Vendas & Desenvolvimento de Negócios:


Desenvolver e executar estratégias de vendas para aumentar a participação de mercado no segmento de recuperação de minerais finos.

Identificar e buscar novas oportunidades de negócios com empresas de mineração, plantas de processamento e outros stakeholders.

Construir e manter relacionamentos fortes com clientes importantes, prospects e influenciadores da indústria.

Atingir ou superar metas de vendas e objetivos por meio de esforços eficazes de desenvolvimento de negócios.

  • Expertise Técnica:


Aplicar profundo conhecimento em processos e tecnologias de recuperação de minerais finos para oferecer soluções personalizadas aos clientes.

Realizar apresentações técnicas e demonstrações de produtos para clientes e em eventos da indústria.

Colaborar com equipes de engenharia e desenvolvimento de produtos para garantir o alinhamento entre as necessidades dos clientes e as ofertas de produtos.

  • Pesquisa & Análise de Mercado:


Manter-se atualizado com as tendências da indústria, condições de mercado e cenário competitivo.

Analisar as necessidades dos clientes e demandas do mercado para desenvolver estratégias que atendam às lacunas existentes.

Gestão de Relacionamento com Clientes:


Oferecer suporte contínuo aos clientes, garantindo sua satisfação e resolução de desafios.

Gerenciar o pipeline de vendas, desde a geração de leads até o fechamento de negócios, e fornecer atualizações regulares à alta administração.

  • Relatórios & Estratégia:


Preparar relatórios regulares sobre o desempenho de vendas, condições de mercado e atividades de desenvolvimento de negócios.

Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com a alta administração para desenvolver estratégias de negócios a longo prazo e planos de expansão.


Requirements


Graduação em Engenharia, Geologia, Negócios ou área relacionada. Preferência por formação técnica em processamento de minerais.
Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em vendas e desenvolvimento de negócios, preferencialmente nas indústrias de mineração ou processamento de minerais.
Forte conhecimento em tecnologias e processos de recuperação de minerais finos.
Histórico comprovado de atingimento de metas de vendas e desenvolvimento de novos negócios.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, negociação e apresentação.
Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e disponibilidade para viagens, conforme necessário, para se reunir com clientes e participar de eventos da indústria.




Requirements
Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar executive financial leadership role Previous experience in international trading and/or mining and natural resources industry Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Fluent in Russian
