The Opportunity Join our talent network and connect with U.S. clients for flexible, project-based development work as an Agentic Ruby on Rails Engineer. You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis. What We're Looking For 5+ years of professional software development experience. 3+ years of professional experience developing applications using Ruby on Rails. Advanced English is required. Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required. Experience designing and implementing RESTful web services and integrating APIs. Experience working with PostgreSQL or traditional SQL databases. Experience using AI engineering tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or similar systems to accelerate software development. Ability to prompt, guide, and review AI-generated code, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability. Hands-on experience with AI-assisted or agentic development workflows, orchestrating, validating, and integrating model-produced code into larger systems.
