Publisher Intern

**Position Purpose**
As a Publisher Development Intern, you will be exposed to every aspect of operations in the Publisher Development department at the Brazil's most exciting and innovative affiliate marketing network.
From prospecting new publishers and introducing affiliate opportunities, as well as investigating new affiliate websites to scale up and complete the journey for Awin's merchant clients. You will also provide the first line of support to some of the new Publishers whose joins our network, providing insights and tool trainings on how they can make their content more profitable. Awin is passionate about developing people and progressing staff in the business. The Publisher Intern will receive training and hands-on experience that will equip them to be a highly valued member of an online and affiliate marketing team.
**Key Tasks**
- Prospect new affiliates, with different niches and sizes, to help grow existing and new businessess merchants of Awin
- Participate in internal calls, introducing new partners, generating new partnerships, and consequently more revenue
- Attend industry events when required and network with clients Produce internal and external presentation to ensure our network quality and tools
**Skills & Expertise**
- Basic understanding of digital marketing
- Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be highly organised and able to juggle several tasks simultaneously.
- Have impeccable attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy including MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work harmoniously and effectively as part of a work team
