Quality Engineer Job Description We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our high-performing engineering organization as they continue to innovate and scale their global product suite. As a leader in tech scouting and innovation management software, we empower the world's top companies and research institutions to accelerate discovery, collaboration, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering and experience with testing against the Salesforce Platform. Key Responsibilities: Use AI-driven tools to generate, maintain, and optimize test cases, test data, and test automation against application(s) running on the Salesforce Platform. Strategically prioritize and drive forward the QA practice with a high degree of autonomy. Requirements: 3+ years of proven experience in software quality engineering, test automation, or SDET roles. Proven experience with testing against the Salesforce Platform. Strong programming skills, with familiarity across several languages (C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, SQL, etc.). Understanding of AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience using AI-enabled development and testing tools. Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud-native environments.
