Job Title: Program Manager Lead Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Program Planning & Delivery The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. They will oversee the team's daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope. Additionally, they will facilitate project status meetings, adjusting project targets and schedules as needed. Collaboration & Communication The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technical Architects, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts, ensuring high performance and alignment with project goals. They will provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Effective communication with clients and stakeholders is crucial, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Quality Assurance & Risk Management The Program Manager will implement quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet the required standards. They will identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive solutions to potential challenges. This includes reviewing and approving technical and business documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
