Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Director to lead our technology digitization efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust and scalable solutions that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of technology strategies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Mentor and manage a team of engineers to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology initiatives
  • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and architectures
  • Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of our platform
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and technical skills with expertise in backend languages and frontend frameworks
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in full-stack development, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, Machine Learning algorithms, and data security
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
