What we doWhat you will do- Design, build and maintain dimensions and models to meet planning requirements- Configure and use planning features to input data, distribute data, simulate, and analyze currencies- Data preparation, data modelling, data import/export- Use and configure predictive forecast, smart predict, rolling forecasts, and value driver trees- Configure, use, and schedule data actions and allocations- Analyze and explain planning integration, delivered content, and planning connectionsWhat we are looking forRequirements- Minimum 6 years of experience in managing SAP Analytical and/or Reporting work streams for large or complex systems for various industry sectors- Hands-on experience on SAC as a planning tool and analytical, designing/implementing data models- Good Understanding of SAP data structures, End to End dataflow, SAC predictive capabilities, augmented analytics, forecasting, etc.- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment- Ability to work with global team in many parts of the word (local or overseas)- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills- Language Skills: Fluent English- Undergraduate or master’s degree in at least one of the following courses: Business (Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics), Math/Engineering (Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineer., Math, Statistics, Actuarial or Technology (Data Analytics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems).Nice to have- Knowledgeable of database coding development and analysis, especially SQL.- Experience in building cost and profitability models and using purpose-built solutions.- Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis including budgeting and forecasting processes.- Experience with reporting Tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BO, SAP BW, SAP Analysis for Office, PowerBi, Looker, Tableau, Qlik, Reporting Services).- Experience with SAP ECC data structures and extraction.- Experience with Big Data Hyperscalers & Tools (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Hadoop, Hive, Pig, Impala, Mahout).What we offer- A place where individuals are equally valued and where diversity and cultural differences are cherished.- A global team of highly respected SAP and industry experts where you can make a difference.- Competitive salaries and a broad range of benefits, some of which are highlighted below.- Boost the development of your career in both functional and technical directions by comprehensive advanced education, deep product knowledge- Receive an attractive and competitive salary package including incentive payment and further employee benefits (Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Meal & Food Vouchers and Private Pension Fund)
