**Your Role and Responsibilities**
The professional will work at SM innovate team on the deployment and development of a AIOPS solution roadmap, key for delivery transformation, interacting with SM senior team on all Delivery areas, including AIOPS, Automation, Event Management and interacting with senior technical staff members, senior architects, data scientists, developers, project managers, senior managers and executives. This role is required for new strategic job roles as daveloper to transform services delivery, key to achieve better NPS scores.
AIOps is reinventing our daily lives and current professions, as an indispensable tool for Site Reliability Engineers. With the volume of data increasing exponentially, Hybrid environments complexity, use of Cloud and solutions as a Service. It is no secret that organizations are losing the ability to manually monitor the performance of their IT operations and they are looking for advanced solutions for their Digital Transformation journey.
As defined by Gartner, AIOps is the use of Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations and bring the use of Machine Learning, Big Data and Analytics systems, tracking multiple Data Sources from various IT and business operations tools, to increase speed service delivery, IT efficiency and deliver a superior user experience, drive automation and Collaboration.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
AIOPS Data Scientist Senior - Machine Learning
Required Technical skills: Source-to-target mapping and data integration (ETL Tools, SQL & NoSQL DB), Data staging techniques, aiflow dags and data quality integrity, Business intelligence front-end tools, Elk Stack: Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Python, R, Angular 7, node.js, Spring, Hibernate, Microservices, Carbon Design System, Github, DB2, HTML, SCSS, IBM Cloud and Agile methodology.
Soft skills: technical leadership, growth Mindset, curiosity, self learning, engagement.
Graduation: Software Engineer or similar
Years of experience: +2 (proved experience)
Languages: Portuguese, Fluency on English.
