  • · Será responsável pela experiência da pessoa usuária e acompanhamento assíduo do time de desenvolvimento, garantida a fidedignidade do que foi desenvolvido tanto tecnicamente como estrategicamente.
  • · Será responsável também por fazer Discoveries de estratégia, negócio e cliente (técnico e pesquisas com clientes) sendo necessário ter a expertise de UX Strategy e facilitação de Workshops internos, projetar telas, fluxos e debriefings estratégicos e técnicos, assim como conexões com os demais Service Design/Product Design da companhia para manter a integração.

Conhecimento Técnico

Conhecimento avançado em Figma, Miro, Google ferramentas, Abordagens de Workshops e dinâmicas será um diferencial.
