The team is responsible for all installation, maintenance, and monitoring of these products. Is expected that this person configure and support one or more of these products across multiple clients. It will be responsible for problem determination and resolution, performance, and capacity planning and managing day to day Products requests.**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**'- Experience with z/OS platform- Good verbal and written English communication skills**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**'- Experience as System support for any supported Middleware on z/OS (DB2, IMS, CICS, MQ, IIB, WAS)**Required Education**Associate's Degree/College Diploma**Preferred Education**Bachelor's Degree**Country/Region**Brazil**State / Province**SAO PAULO**City / Township / Village**HortolandiaKyndryl is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
