**This is a remote position, you can be located anywhere in Brazil.**Rock is a global leader in content marketing, with offices in four countries, so English is our official language. Therefore, you will be tested on English language proficiency, and the results will be available by the end of the test.As a People Analytics and Performance Analyst, you will be responsible to Manage our Management Model Process with Company and Team’s performance / Process workflow documentation, HR/ People systems support, running and creating reports, as well as building dashboards to better visualize data and work with different teams to help them make the right strategic decisions for the company.Your impact:- Be responsible for Management Model routine (Framework, execution, follow-up, action planning, etc)- Develop data-driven insights/dashboards and HR employee lifecycle analysis to support and deliver strategic decision-making for HR and the organization;- Report the status of action items defined and aligned with the team, ensuring that they will be delivered on track with the right success criteria;- You will identify actionable insights, exercise sound business judgment, suggest recommendations, and influence the decisions;- Partner with HR leadership to map the needs from data analysis;- Ensure the achievement of strategic initiative outcomes;- Support in HRIS within the People Team (implementation, projects, etc)What we're looking for:- Experience in HR or Corporate Planning/ Business roles;- Knowledge working with Business Intelligence or People Analytics, using data to drive people insights and solutions across the area;- Experience in Business Consultancy / Project Management is a plus;- Fluent English skills;What we offer:- Remote job- Flexible hours- Work-from-home allowance- Meal Allowance- Parents benefits- Health and Dental insurance- Volunteer paid time off- Birthday and work anniversary days off- LinkedIn Learning- Gympass- Being part of a dynamic, talented team distributed around the world- Making an impact in a global, established but scaling startup where you will see the results of your work helping to drive us forward- Continuous growth opportunities for our customers, talent community, and Rockers**Other benefits may be available according to your location.
