Description: Are you passionate about helping customers succeed in the digital world?
Do you have excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts? If so, we invite you to join our team at UENI as an Onboarding Advisor.
At UENI, we specialize in creating professional websites for small businesses.
As an Onboarding Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers get the most out of their websites.
Through a 1-hour video call, you will guide them in using their new websites effectively, empowering them to enhance their online presence.
Location Requirement: Only candidates based in Mexico, Central or South America will be considered for this position.
Available Schedules
Sunday to Thursday OR Tuesday to Saturday
12 pm - 9 pm EST OR 11 am - 8 pm EST

What You Will Do
  • Customer onboarding: Host engaging 1-hour video calls to introduce customers to their new websites and ensure they understand how to use them effectively..
  • Personalized guidance: Tailor recommendations based on each customer's business type, goals, and industry to help them make the most of their website.
  • Troubleshooting & support: Assist customers with any initial technical challenges, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free onboarding experience.
  • Education & training: Teach customers best practices for website management.
  • Feedback collection: Gather feedback to help improve the onboarding experience and provide insights to the product team.

  • Customer-focused approach: You're passionate about helping customers succeed and can adapt to different business needs.
  • Technical proficiency: Comfortable navigating website-building tools and learning new digital platforms quickly.
  • Problem-Solver – You think on your feet and can troubleshoot challenges efficiently.
  • Basic design awareness – You understand the fundamentals of good design and can recommend improvements to enhance customer websites.
  • Empathy & patience: Ability to connect with customers, understand their challenges, and provide solutions that meet their goals.
  • Time management: Strong organizational skills to efficiently handle multiple onboarding sessions and communication streams.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or sales is preferred.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning about website building and digital marketing.
  • Language: Strong verbal and written English skills are required; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Availability: Must be able to work 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, with at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) required.
