Your work will play a critical role in our business offering, your code will deliver value to our customers faster than ever before, and your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be critical in ensuring the success of our products.* Develop and maintain orchestration flows in **IBM Watson Orchestrate/Assistant**;* Implement integrations with APIs, databases, and internal systems (e.g., ITSM, ERPs, CRMs, etc.);* Provide **sustaining support** (2nd/3rd level) for incident resolution and production fixes;* Monitor performance, availability, and usability of conversational flows;* Participate in technical and business meetings for requirements gathering and solution improvements;* Support documentation of processes, flows, and integrations;* Collaborate with business areas, UX teams, and agile squads.Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it. Required Technical and Professional Experience •Experience working as a software engineer on complex software projects •Excellent coding skills and solid development experience (Java, Python, .Net etc.) with debugging and problem-solving skills •Software development methodologies, with demonstrated experience developing scalable and robust software •Experienced in relational and NoSQL databases, data mapping, XML/JSON, Rest based web services •Knowledge of architecture design - Microservices architecture, containers (Docker & k8s), messaging queues •Deep understanding of OOP and Design patterns* Experience in **development and maintenance** of solutions using **IBM Watson Assistant / Watson Orchestrate**;* Proficiency in **programming languages** (Node.js, Python, or Java);* Experience with **APIs REST/SOAP** and systems integration;* Knowledge of **chatbot and virtual assistant architectures**;* Experience with **code versioning tools** (Git, GitHub, or GitLab);* Strong skills in **troubleshooting and production issue resolution**;* Experience with **messaging platforms** (MS Teams, WhatsApp Business API, Slack, etc.);* Hands-on experience integrating with **ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, or ITSM/CRM platforms**;* Knowledge of **DevOps / CI/CD** practices;* Experience with **NLP/NLU platforms** beyond Watson (e.g., Dialogflow, LUIS, Rasa);* Technical English (for documentation reading and IBM support interaction).* Excellent communication in **Portuguese (spoken and written)** – **the client operates only in Portuguese**;* **Availability to attend onsite meetings with the client in São Paulo, Brazil**;* **Availability to work during Brazilian business hours (9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday)**.Preferred Technical and Professional Experience •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience •Certification in one or more of the hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, and Google GCP) - otherwise, you can obtain certifications with Kyndryl •Experience with DevOps tools and modern engineering practices**-Hybrid model**: remote work with required onsite meetings at the client’s office in São Paulo/SP, Brazil.**Being You**Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
