Capgemini is seeking a proactive and skilled Semi Senior Operations Execution Analyst to join our team supporting one of the top 10 U.S. insurance carriers. Our client is part of one of the largest insurance groups in the world. Location: Brazil (Remote/Hybrid) — Preferred: Availability to work PST hours. Responsibilities: Providing data analysis to support business decisions. Assisting in sizing initial project ideas to understand potential impacts. Measuring the impact after implementation to assess success and identify necessary adjustments. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and incorporate feedback into application updates or new developments. Minimum Requirements: Ability to create professional presentations to visualize trends and communicate findings effectively to senior leadership. Experience & Education: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Skills: Proficiency in English (interview conducted in English). Intermediate Data Analytics skills. Entry-level knowledge of the Insurance Industry, Portfolio Management, and Project Management. Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
