We are seeking an experienced " Business Analyst – ServiceNow" to design, implement, and maintain comprehensive ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules and business processes. Responsibility : Gather and document requirements for ServiceNow projects. Assess processes and propose improvements/automation. Design solutions in collaboration with technical teams. Support platform configuration and customization. Plan and execute tests to ensure quality. Train users and maintain complete documentation. Coordinate deliverables and promote continuous improvement. Fluent English (meetings with U.S. stakeholders). Bachelor's degree in business administration , IT, or related fields . Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with ServiceNow. Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and ITIL. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication. Nice to have: Experience in ServiceNow configuration/customization. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. PMI-ACP or PSPO certification.
