**We are searching for the best talent for Regional Strategic Pricing, HEOR, RWE Director, LATAM**
**to be in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil**
**Purpose**:The Regional Strategic Pricing, HEOR, RWE Director works through a collaborative approach mostly with global, regional and local Market Access teams and lead the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Strategic Pricing, HEOR, RWE to develop and prepare studies that will support an evidence-based value proposition strategy for pre and post launch products.
The position has strategic impact into the business and typically, responsibility for leading collaborative efforts including other functions such as Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs across the organization.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Represent Market Access LATAM in global functional meetings (Strategic Pricing, RWE, HEOR)
- Close collaboration with Global Pricing, bringing a regional voice in shaping global pricing policies from early pipeline through to lifecycle management.
- Guarantees the optimal process, timing and execution of the CoE deliverables (i.e. value dossiers, economic models and HTA submissions) and establishes accountabilities, goals, and priorities to make sure that the area aligns with the business needs
- Align and coordinates the definition of the HEOR, pricing and RWE strategy, with the participation of the local and regional compound/TA market access leads.
- Define and implement RWE strategy in LATAM focusing on improving access for patients, with better connection and alignment to market access processes.
- Provides strategic guidance and insights to the business in topics related to strategic pricing, HEOR and RWE and Market Access Public policies (HTA and pricing regulations)
- Actively manage performance, development plans and facilitate development activities of the Health Economics and Pricing Excellence hub.
- Work collaboratively with the global and regional pricing teams to develop and lead the implementation of the regional pricing strategies for each regulatory and reimbursement landscape.
- To map out opportunities and develop strategies to shape the Health Care agenda through cross-functional external affairs capabilities to broaden access to JnJ products.
- Foster our Credo-based "OneTeam" culture of innovation and collaboration based on agility and inclusion in all JnJ LATAM Teams.
- To map and understand the healthcare systems in the different LATAM markets to be able to recommend and oversight the development of payer tools and strategies that can mitigate and accelerate the reimbursement pathways, creating solutions that can be successful in introducing our products into the private and public settings.
**Qualifications**:
- 10+ years of previous experience in Market Access, HEOR, Strategic Pricing, RWE related areas
- Education: B.A/B.S required and MsC, MBA or any other post graduation in related fields (Epidemiology, Economics, Public Health, Health Economics, Hospital Administration, etc) would be considered a plus
- English as mandatory however Portuguese and Spanish would be a plus
- Experience in developing and managing regional market access strategies, HTA submissions, pricing dossier and approvals with regulatory authorities
- Experience in monitoring payer trends and evaluating key drivers
- Knowledge of pricing policies & regulations and healthcare systems in LATAM key markets
- Understanding of regulatory agency requirements or policies that govern market approval, and the impact on reimbursement decisions
- Working knowledge of health economic modeling, epi models, scientific writing would consider an additional value to the position
- Ability to lead and work effectively in matrix organizations.
