We’re now looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team, a highly strategic and innovative professional who will play a key role in planning and aligning marketing activities between the Brand and Performance teams, support content development for Social and Affiliate campaigns, and assist with Search media strategy. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams including Brand, CRM, Product, Creative, and Strategy to ensure strategic alignment, maximize monetization, and deliver campaigns that drive measurable acquisition, engagement, and business results. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and deeply passionate about digital marketing. You’ll need to combine data‑driven thinking with a hands‑on approach, collaborating closely with all the other teams. Join us and help shape the next chapter of Sportingbet in Brazil. *The position will start as remote for the first few months and then shift to on‑site work at the São Paulo‑Brazil offices. Responsibilities Bridge Brand and Performance: Plan and align marketing activities between brand strategy and performance campaigns to ensure maximum impact. Work closely with our agencies in Brazil to ensure the creative engine keeps running smoothly and to continuously optimize the workflow. Collaborate on developing engaging, high‑performing content for paid social, affiliates, and supporting the strategy in search and other channels to maximize ROI and audience reach. Collaborate with Brand, CRM, Product, Creative, and Strategy teams to guarantee seamless execution and consistency across all campaigns. Work closely with Data teams to analyze performance metrics, uncover insights, and implement optimizations that drive growth and efficiency. Identify new opportunities, test creative and strategic ideas, and push the boundaries of performance marketing in Brazil. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 4+ years of experience in Customer Experience, Marketing or Project Management roles. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data‑driven insights to optimize campaign performance. Hands on experience and solid understanding of marketing acquisition funnels and channels specially Google and Meta. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and influence across teams. Creative mindset with strong acquisition orientation.
