3+ years of experience with credit analysis, primarily in the banking industry, insurance companies, or asset management is a strong plus.Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.Validated analytical and modeling skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.Ability to lead priorities within deadlines.Ability to adapt to a changing environment and prioritize tasks.Knowledge of Python programming & Visual Basic for Applications is a plus.Education:
Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.G., Bachelor's) in economics, accounting, engineering, business administration, statistics, actuarial science, etc.Responsibilities:
Conduct quantitative assessments of financial documents and market data, including analysis of bond indentures, liquidity agreements, financial statements, and legal documents.Perform initial and ongoing credit analysis on a portfolio of companies and transactions.Supervise the portfolio and recommend rating transitions promptly.Present credits in rating committees and internal meetings, formulating and persuasively presenting credit rationales.Demonstrate credit rating judgment by distinguishing among entities and transactions at different rating levels.Produce in-depth, high-quality research on issuers, credit trends, or sector issues.Build and manage relationships with investors, advisors, and issuers.Develop Moody's Local Brazil franchise through marketing and transparency initiatives.Lead issuer meetings, presenting key credit factors and engaging in substantive dialogue.About The Team:
